We want you to feel confident with your BlueBolt Charger purchase! That's why we offer a generous 30-day window from when you receive your order to request a return. We encourage you to take a moment to read through our straightforward refund guidelines below.

For a Smooth Return, please ensure:

  • The item is in the same perfect condition you received it – unused and in its original, unopened packaging and sealed.

  • All original components are included, such as user manuals, parts, and accessories.

We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of being opened, used, or damaged, as this affects their eligibility for a refund or exchange.

 

Important Note on Compatibility and Change of Mind

To ensure you get exactly what you need, please double-check the compatibility of our chargers and accessories with your devices before opening the product packaging. Our return policy does not cover returns due to a change of mind or compatibility issues once the packaging has been unsealed. Please be advised that all return requests are subject to approval.

Note: For AirPods, please verify if your AirPods come with a wireless charging case.

 

Where to Send Your Return

All returns should be shipped to our processing center in the United States.

 

What Happens After Your Return is Approved

If your return request is approved, please keep in mind a couple of things to help us process it smoothly:

  • Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Information Regarding International Returns

For our international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to your return shipment. If your return package encounters any issues in customs, it will be your responsibility to resolve them and cover any additional charges. We are unable to take responsibility for packages held in customs or any associated fees.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Product? Let Us Know!

When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect it. If you happen to notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact our friendly support team right away at support@blueboltchargers.com. We'll assess the situation and work quickly to make things right for you.

 

Keeping You in the Loop About Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we'll carefully inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If everything looks good, we'll process your refund automatically back to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

Only partial refunds will be granted or refunds will be refused in certain situations

• Goods that are opened, not in their original condition or are damaged.

• Items that are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

• Box is damaged or missing

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Initiate a return

To initiate a return, follow these steps

(1)- Contact us: Send an email to support@blueboltchargers.com with your order number and reason for return. If possible, attach clear photos and videos of any damage or problems.

(2)- Return authorization: Our customer service will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.

(3)- Return with shipping: Send the product to the address provided at your own expense. Make sure the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. We kindly ask that you provide us with the return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.

(4)- Inspection and processing: When we receive the returned product, we will inspect the condition and reason for the return. We will process your refund accordingly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

We have confidence in the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the purchase date, please contact us at support@blueboltchargers.com, and we will gladly replace the defective item with a new one at no cost to you.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@blueboltchargers.com to request a replacement.

  2. Record a video that clearly demonstrates the product not functioning properly. The video should be no longer than 2 minutes and should clearly highlight the issue with the product.

  3. Ship the defective product back to our warehouse using the return address provided to you.

  4. Please note that the warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, theft, damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories, or use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
